The project organization is built around three cornerstones:

The CINCH activities have been organised in 6 work packages. Each of the technical work packages is further subdivided into several Tasks. Pert diagram of the project displays the interdependencies between the WPs and also lists the main results expected.

The project is managed by the Czech Technical University in Prague supported by a Management Board (MB) on which all partners are represented (see Partners). This Board provides overall management, guidance and decision-making and assures inter-work package communication. Where possible, the Board meetings coincide with events (e.g. workshops, seminars) or other workplan activities. At all times, regular consultation and discussion between Consortium Partners takes place using e-mail and telephone. The overall management responsibility rests with the Coordinator.
